In partnership with L’Alliance New York, VEG ER for Pets and Bond Vet, join us for Le Carnaval des Animaux — a French-themed pet parade and costume competition July 12th on Madison Avenue (between 59th and 60th Streets). Yes, there will be dogs in berets!
