The 35th Tompkins Square Halloween Dog Parade Returns to the East Village on Sunday, October 19 from 1-4pm.
Advanced registration and a ticket are required for participation in the parade and costume competition.
Spots are limited, and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Official Registration opens October 6.
